- Security alerts (critical, high, and medium severity events on your network)
- System notifications (device offline, scheduled maintenance)
- Weekly or daily security summary reports (if enabled)
Message frequency varies based on your alert configuration and network activity. Customers on the Essential plan may receive up to approximately 10 messages per month. Professional and Enterprise plan customers with more devices and alert rules may receive more.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any NetWatchAI text message to unsubscribe from all SMS notifications. You may also disable SMS notifications in your account settings at app.nwsoc.ai.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier.
